Description
Defying the verticality of Lion’s Head, this residence is a study in cantilevered luxury. Floor-to-ceiling structural glazing offers an uninhibited dialogue with the Atlantic horizon.
The design prioritizes transparency and weightlessness. A massive concrete slab appears to float above the living area, supported by recessed steel columns, allowing the interior to bleed into the ocean spray. Materials were selected for their resilience against the salt-rich Cape air.
